Tryout Guidelines
All Players interested in trying out for a King Rep team must register prior to tryouts via the website and purchase a tryout passport for $75. This passport includes all tryout costs but only guarantees a player 2 skates.
All players must attend the AA level tryouts to be considered for the 2nd rep team (A/BB/MD).
***U16AA - only those wishing to play contact AA should attend the AA tryouts and must attend safe contact clinics. Non contact option tryout to follow if the numbers allow.
As in years past, each coach will have the support of player evaluators from both NobleKing, Schomberg & a neutral 3rd party evaluator to help in the selection of players.
A player is able to try out for a team above their age level. To do so they must register for the older team in addition to their correct age level. To be considered for the final roster of the older age level team they must be clearly ranked as top 3 for all the players trying out for that team and have approval of the Tryout Committee.
Player selections will be communicated via the website. The number each player gets in their confirmation email upon registration is what will be posted. Once a player is offered a spot on a team, they will be required to sign the OMHA Offer of Commitment.

Based on numbers and skill, KTMH may offer additional teams at each division at A, BB, B or MD.
Non-Resident Information
King Township Minor Hockey is an OPEN "AA" category centre accepting non-resident players from an A or below home centre.
