It's a heat wave...who is thinking of the arena!? We are looking forward to the '25/'26 season for the Schomberg Red Wings!   If you haven't yet, get your spot locked in on one of our local league teams!  Still some spots left. For our littlest skaters and those new to hockey we will once again be running our free "Learn to Skate for Hockey" development program in September.  Register today to ensure your spot!

Apply now for our "Hockey Buddies" Program at Schomberg Minor Hockey!  We are looking for youth leaders to help our youngest skaters start their hockey journeys! Complete your high school volunteer hours, gain leadership experience, and make a positive contribution to minor hockey here in Schomberg. The new volunteer program is open to applicants from all U15 to U18 Local League and Rep players.  Even if you were a hockey buddy last year, please apply again for this current season.  

U8MD and U9MD will be available to all participants with no residency restrictions for the 2025-26 season. Effective the 2025-26 season, Players resident to the OMHA wishing to participate in U9 and below MD programming are eligible to attend evaluations and be rostered with any MD team within the OMHA. Furthermore, player evaluations can begin in the spring to allow time for families to fundraise, receive team apparel in a timely fashion, and implement some team building.  Teams will follow the seasonal calendar to match the U11 division.
