Due to Covid 19, minor hockey will begin the 2020/21 season with a modified format as specified by the Ontario Hockey Federation.  We encourage you to watch our recorded town hall or read our season plan document before registering.

There is no rep hockey in stage 3..only tiered house league hockey.  All members will register with their home centre, Schomberg or Nobleking.  Registration is an on-line payment process. For your convenience, you will be able to pay with VISA or MasterCard on-line.

Players will be accepted on all teams on the basis of who registers and pays first. Team and Player numbers are often limited, to ensure quality and fair play. In rare circumstances and subject to Player numbers and available Teams, we may not be able to offer spots on Teams to all registrants. 

Money will be refunded if this happens. Where Player numbers approach applicable Team caps, a waiting list will be created until such time as a sufficient number of Players justify adding a further Team.

On-Line Registration and Payment (CREDIT CARD) - CREDIT CARD is required for on-line Registration.

When you have completed your registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and receipt.  This is your Tax Receipt for the Hockey Season.

Registration Fees (Stage 3):

U7 (IP) - $550
U7 (IPLL) - $625
U8 and older - $700

**Registration includes all costs associated with Stage 3 including a jersey to keep, socks, ice costs, referee and timekeepers, insurance, etc. 

Additional Fees (ALL FEES TBD):

Once the OHF moves to stage 4 (traditional hockey), we will evaluate and additional costs required above the house league fee stated above.

Requests for Refunds:       A $50.00 Administration Fee will be applied to all refund requests to cover the costs of administration, and associated insurance costs. The Administration Fee will be waived in those situations where the Association, due to insufficient Player numbers, is unable to provide a Player with a Team to play on.

**Should the season be shortened due to restrictions related to covid-19, members will be issued a pro rated refund for the remaining season.

The balance of Registration Fees will be refunded as follows: 

- From August – October 15th – 75% of fee will be refunded.

- From October 16th - November 1st - 50% of fee will be refunded.

- After November 16th - 0% of fee will be refunded (unless season cancelled due to covid)

An Income Tax Receipt for Registration Fees is your On-Line e-mail confirmation upon registration. Print Off Receipt and/or Keep that e-mail Safe.
