2024 Rep Tryout Registration (King Township Minor Hockey)

I acknowledge that I have read the Tryout Passport information FAQ.  I understand that this Tryout registration covers all tryouts for the 2024/25 season including AA, A/B/BB/MD divisions.

I understand that my player must attend the AA tryouts even if he/she wishes to play on a 2nd rep team if applicable and once they are offered a spot on a team, they will be required to sign an OMHA Offer of Commitment Form.  **Exceptions apply - See Tryout FAQ

I understand that my player will have a minimum of 2 tryout skates.

I certify the information submitted on this registration form to be true and that I have become subject to the rules, regulations and decisions of Hockey Canada/OMHA and King Minor Hockey,  and I agree to abide by such rules, regulations and decisions of Hockey Canada/OMHA and King Minor Hockey.  I understand that the King Minor Hockey Association will not be held responsible for any injuries while participating in league activities.

By registering for tryouts with King Township Minor Hockey representative teams, we acknowledge that we have read and agree to comply with the Association's Tryout Policy. We understand that tryouts are for competitive teams and that players selections are based on many factors and are ultimately at the exclusive discretion of the Association. We agree to respect any decisions made as a result of the Tryout Process and waive any right of complaint or appeal to the OMHA or otherwise.
