The 2019 King Fall Classic will be held from December 13th-15th and we will be hosting Atom and Peewee rep teams only. Please fill in the form below. *O.M.H.A. rules will apply. 
*OMHA Approved Team rosters are required. 

There will be no additional players allowed for the tournament. All players must be on the approved roster to play. Please provide all AP paperwork prior to prior to the tournament.

*A rostered coach and trainer must be present on the bench for each game. 

Applications are considered “received” when the application has been submitted online and full payments has been received. Rosters and Travel Permits must be submitted prior to the tournament.

1. The Tournament Director will determine the teams that are accepted into the tournament, providing they have submitted their registration and payment in full. 

2. All teams must provide the Tournament Director with the following documentation: 
- Completed electronic “Team Application Form” and acknowledgement of rules
- Payment must be made in full via credit card payment or cheque made out to "King Township Minor Hockey"
- An approved Travel Permit from your governing body (OMHA, GTHL, etc) 
- A pdf copy of your ‘Player Registration Sheet/Roster’ that you have received from your governing body (OMHA, GTHL) and all supporting AP paperwork.

3. All teams must have a rostered coach and trainer assigned to their team and must have a rostered coach and trainer on their bench at all times during the tournament. 

4. The Tournament Director reserves the right to request additional information from teams applying to enter the tournament to determine team acceptance. The Director reserves the right to refuse a team entry into the tournament if it is determined that they are not competitive with the majority of teams entered in the tournament.

5. Out of town teams must stay with one of our preferred partners as outlined on the tournament information page.

**Please note that games may start as early as 8am on Friday so book hotels accordingly.**
