Schomberg Midget LL1 had a great come from behind win to capture the DUNNVILLE MINOR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION 16th ANNUAL ONTARIO POWER GENERATION MIDGET LOCAL LEAGUE TOURNAMENT Championship over Niagara On The Lake. After falling behind 2-0, our Redwings stormed back with 3 unanswered goals (Matt Janse, Jonathan Brunato, Liam Duggan) to take the Championship Game. This was a sweet win as Schomberg had lost its only game to Niagara on the Lake earlier in the tournament.
Our Red Wings traveled to Dunnville, home of the Mudcats
to face teams from Niagara on the Lake, Dunnville, Welland and Port Dover.
